Perhaps the best pancake in the Ottawa valley! We’ve been going to Temples for many years now, primarily because of their fluffy buttery pancakes. In recent years they’ve changed the brunch to an all-you-can-eat style buffet, which I think is a great upgrade. Venue is super nice, bright and homey, staff extremely friendly and food delicious. Our kids also liked taffy on snow and the short walk around the maple farm. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the fact that we come back year after year is proof of our preference. Definitely a recommend!

Very nice restaurant, clean and well maintained.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. I definitely will go again . Don't miss out on this beautiful place. The maple syrup, the maple taffy, the maple scones, and the maple butter are deliciousis! When we go again in May for my sons wedding, i will be buying these items again and trying new ones. Beautiful grounds, a beautiful place to have a wedding.

Absolutely beautiful setup. Very covid conscious. Tons to do and see. The nature walk was very peaceful and serene. They were attentive to the brides needs and served a delicious 5 course meal. The steak was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this venue.

I love going to this Sugarbush. The food is excellent. The wait-staff is great. Highly suggest making a reservation if you are a party of 5 or more as they get very busy. The walking trails are very well maintained. And you can even watch syrup being made. The syrup is the main reason for going, and it is well worth it. I always buy a bottle and we have it for very special occasions.

We got married here on October 25th 2025, the whole process was stress free and easy going. The ceremony was beautifully done and matched our imagination. The staff and management were great and everyone had fun.

We chose to go midweek to avoid peak visitation periods and weren't disappointed. We were able to enjoy a wonderful venue without throngs of people. Very friendly staff, excellent venue, worthwhile the 50 minute trip from Ottawa!

Be aware that the wait time can be quite long during the weekends. Last time we waited for 1.5 hours before being seated at the restaurant. As for the trail, it’s not very long, only about a 30-minute walk.

Gorgeous wedding venue. I will need to come back for sugar shack times. The bride had been to another wedding here and put the deposit down before the engagement was official. I can see why. It was so beautiful! The staff were so wonderful, courteous, and easygoing too. Not one bad experience for me or anyone I saw or spoke to. Don’t wear heels if it’s a forest seating ceremony. I was glad I wore my flats there and packed my heels for the inside and the photos. There was bug spray (not sure if it was the venue or the wedding crew) and it was needed. I still had some mosquito bites. This was an early September wedding. The garden is wonderful for photos. The outdoor reception area is really nice. The inside was lovely and great for the dance party too. I loved the coffee and tea set up and the maple-syrup everything 🍁🫶🥳.

A group of us visited for brunch on a Sunday. It was a fun experience. Good good. Service was sold. The gorgeous wood beams and joinery were a treat to see. And the prices reasonable. We'll be back!

Perfect Maple Spot! Came here with friends and family from out of town, and what a cute little place. It was a Thursday so it was nice and quiet - it can get busy on the weekends for sure. We had no problem grabbing a table for 8. I had the Pancake Special - perfect pairing for their maple syrup! The pancakes were so fluffy and had a true homemade taste and feel. So delicious. The Farmers Breakfast was delicious as well - the potatoes were crazy seasoned and the biscuit was so fluffy. You gotta treat yourself to the maple candy - hello sugar! A word of caution to my Vegetarians: The baked beans had pork in it.
